2. Description of Service
Converge provides complete financial analysis tools designed specifically for divorce attorneys. Our service handles asset divisions, debt allocations, and generates court-ready reports. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Be a licensed attorney in the state of Florida
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the service to process evidence from cases outside of Florida
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Converge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all case data you upload to our service.
6. AI Analysis Disclaimer
The financial analysis and calculations provided by Converge are intended to assist legal professionals and should not be considered as legal advice. All results should be reviewed and verified by qualified legal professionals. Converge is not responsible for any legal decisions made based on the analysis provided.
7. Payment and Subscription
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Converge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
